DENVER - The Denver Nuggets held cheerleader tryouts on Saturday June 23.
Hopefuls gathered at the Pepsi Center for a shot at making the squad.
The cheerleaders perform at every Nuggets home game and at other special events throughout the year.
The coach says all the girls auditioning are huge basketball fans, and are willing to go through some tough tryouts to make the squad.
The coaches of the squad say tryouts will take as long as needed on Saturday in order to find the right girls.
