FEE: $20.00, cash or check ONLY, non-refundable

APPLICATION: Dancer Application

SPECIFICS: Participants must be 21 years of age on or before February 29, 2008, have some dance experience, be able to commit to weekly rehearsals, game and related activities on short notice. Participants must also complete an application, sign a waiver and release form, and provide a head shot photograph (will not be returned).

A completed audition packet may be mailed to 2550 Stover Street, Building F, #103, Fort Collins, CO 80525 or may be brought to the audition.
