Colorado Eagles Chicks update...
Looks like there have been some membership changes. Here is the new team picture, which now features the manager Lisa Kennedy.

About the Team...
Coming into this season, the Eagles Chicks will have 13 dancers on the squad. The Eagles Chicks can be seen at every home game, dancing throughout the arena and involved in giveaways and promotions. The Eagles Chicks are available for corporate events and are very involved in the community, including running camps for young women who would like to be a part of the Junior Eagles Chicks program.

Rockstarz Update
The Denver RockStarz is an elite group of former professional cheerleaders and dancers with credentials ranging from the Los Angeles Lakers, St. Louis Rams, Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards, and Kansas City Chiefs.
RockStarz is a hired performance group that maintains their remarkable dance style through exclusive performances. As professional dancers, RockStarz share their talent through youth dance clinics, seminars, performing, and other community service. Community outreach is RockStarz number one commitment.
Sarah Schachterle "Shack" is the official choreographer for the RockStarz. "Shack" is one of the leading choreographers in the country, and has been working with the RockStarz for two seasons.

OUTLAWS TO HOST DANCE TRYOUTS AT INVESCO FIELD
The stage is about to be set in Colorado’s biggest entertainment venue. The Denver Outlaws announced today that the team will be holding its annual dance team tryouts at INVESCO Field on May 3rd (9a). The 10 best performers at the auditions will have an opportunity to dance at one of the world’s premier venues in front of a live stadium crowd as well as a television audience! The Outlaws saw over 75,000 people come through the gates last season and had every home game televised on either Fox Sports Rocky Mountain or ESPN2!
Interested applicants must complete the attached form and bring it with them the day of the event. For more information email the Outlaws front office at info@denveroutlaws.com.

AUDITION INFORMATION:
All candidates must be 18 years of age by May 16th 2009 to audition
Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of the Denver Outlaws Dancers! As the team enters its 4th season, we’re expecting a very exciting audition. We’ll be selecting approximately 10 women to represent the Denver Outlaws on the field at INVESCO Field at Mile High.
* Preliminaries & Finals will be done on the same day, Sunday, May 3rd
Where & When: INVESCO Field at Mile High, Dancer Rehearsal Room
9:00 a.m. - Registration
10:00 a.m. - Auditions Begin
What to Bring: 1) Photograph (any size, b/w or color, headshot or full length) the photo will not be returned and is strictly for identification purposes. 2) Completed application 3) Snacks and water.
What to Wear: Aerobic/dance attire and comfortable dance shoes
Choreography: Everything will be taught on Sunday, May 3rd.
You do not need to prepare your own choreography.
Interview: Please know a little about the game and the Outlaws players. The women that make it to finals will have a small Q & A. Below are some of the questions we will ask. You can review the players on the Outlaws website at www.denveroutlaws.com
Directions:
Park in lot J or L on the north side of the stadium. Walk up to the security door and let them know you are here for the Outlaws Dancers auditions. Continue going straight pass the security area, take a left, and continue around until you arrive at the check-in desk.

(2) Name one player and their position.
(3) Who is the General Manager/Head Coach?
(4) Who was the former goalie turned Defensive Coordinator?
(5) What animal is our mascot and what is his name?

(8) Name one Attackman and their number.
(9) Name one Midfielder and their number.
